Please note that specific services will be invoiced separately, i.e. bell boy, deliveries, administrative services etc.

An agreement will be submitted to the Member and signed by the Member and a Riviera Concierge representative, prior to the beginning of the Membership.

All our partners are fully licensed, established companies and individuals with a spotless reputation and utmost reliability.

Memberships should be paid in their entirety before any service can be provided. Payments can be made by wire or SWIFT transfers, credit card payment or certified checks. All third party suppliers introduced by Riviera-Concierge to its Members will be paid directly by the Member, in any way agreed upon between the third party supplier and the Member.

In any event, as part of the Membership services, Riviera-Concierge will arrange for all payments to be made on behalf of the Member, provided sufficient funds have been forwarded in advance to Riviera Concierge, or that the Member has provided a valid credit card number and given authorization for payment to Riviera Concierge.

No payment will be made to any third party supplier on behalf of the Member, without prior signed approval from the Member. All costs for services will be provided to the Member before any service is rendered.
